Brazilian Independence Day
On Thursday morning first graders watched a local Brazilian theater company called Cia Truks. Then, during Portuguese class, D. Carla took our class to visit the Brazilian Fair about Minas Gerais. What an eventful and special day!
Math Time
In math we have been working on making tally marks and graphing. We combined the two skills to create our own tally graph. It was fun getting to ask other students our questions and graph the results.
